What the service is
AI Systems with Jason provides a free, automated, AI-generated business analysis. It is informational only and is meant to give you useful starting points for a conversation about your business.
AI can get things wrong
The analysis is generated by an AI model from your answers and the public content of the website you submit. It may contain mistakes, miss context, or make a suggestion that does not fit your business.
It is not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice. Verify important information before acting on it.
What you agree to
You must have the right to submit the website you enter. Don't use the service to scrape its content, abuse or disrupt it, submit harmful material, or try to bypass or break its rate limits.
Who owns what
Your own business information stays yours. The AI Systems with Jason name, branding, site design, and content Jason created remain Jason's. These terms do not transfer ownership from either of us to the other.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided "as is." I may change, pause, or discontinue it. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, my total liability connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. For the free analysis, that amount is $0.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
